Our Heartbeat Model
At Andromeda, we work differently than other studios. We schedule our work based around something we call Heartbeats: six weeks of work plus a final seventh week, where fun, sharing, and continuous improvement take center stage.
For our six-week “on” phase, we work in mission teams formed by different crafts working autonomously, taking a project from start to finish. Each team has regular check-ins to stay on track and a close collaboration with the leads team of their craft.
